Original Link INTRODUCTION Mon peuple, Mon peuple In terms of my earlier writings I told you I would pick up in Wyoming. While in Idaho Falls I ran into the Melaleuca office by divine destiny while looking for the library. Their offices were across from the library so I signed up while waiting for the library to open. I will not learn the tentacles of criminality run deep and wide. I decided I could promote their products on my travels and make some passive income forgetting that the Nazis and Mafias would have them to defraud me the first time I did this and that was why I rescinded the contract without prejudice. I said to myself everyone deserves a second chance. Lord help my Holy Ghost! The conclusion to that matter is that these people started stealing me even before I left the office. I had to rescind the contract again. I had the invoice to show how devious the people in the office at Melaleuca were, but of course one of the main jobs of the criminal network is to steal all my documentary evidence. They ended up stealing this along with my bags.Then I got an hour at the library which I had to fight for as per usual. Everywhere I go as I start tweeting the computer starts behaving poorly and one minute becomes fifteen to thirty seconds. I had to ask the Librarian why the children can have all the time they need to play games and I can’t have one peaceful hour on the computer? Since the Librarian could not give me a plausible explanation she gave me additional time. I tell you the CanadianVirus is a God sent for them. Every explanation is related to the Canadian Virus. There is a nice little artificial falls in the middle of the town from which the town gets its name. Idaho Falls is a nice little town unfortunately it does not have a Public Transportation system. This I am sure would make the town more vibrant especially with sections of the YellowStone Park. I thought the attraction being such a famous park there would be transportation coming out of my ears no matter the season or the Canadian Virus. How could I be so wrong? Everything was locked down. It seems like when I arrive in town a whole lot of money follows so the trend continues where when it is time for me to leave a town, people do all sorts of foolishness to prevent me from leaving. In this case I sat from 4:30 p.m. in the bus station. However, when the bus came at 5 o’clock there was no announcement and the bus deliberately left me. I was given another ticket and informed that the office closed at 5 p.m but reopened at 9 p.m. At 5 p.m. (People I had to run leave Union Station while I am typing someone is deleting let me leave Via Rail Section August 15, 2021) a red bearded fellow turned up and called the Police on me. It was all planned so they listened to both sides politely and then asked me to leave. Earlier in the day I had to insult one of them To cut to the chase when I returned at 10 p.m. The German said he would not be reopening the office. My ticket was for 5 a.m. in the morning. Earlier in the evening I had also tried to hitchhike a ride. I got an offer for everything else except for a ride to my destination. Eventually the bus came and I got on. The ride to Salt Lake City was uneventful. The scenery of the Rockies was very beautiful, with a lot of wide open spaces. A lot of room for expansion. The driver let me off at the Walmart closest to the Airport. I refreshed myself and then decided to get familiar with the local Public Transportation system. I ended up on the blue line train going through the city and to a terminus. I had access to the new International Airport which was just built, so I decided to explore a little.The Library was closed again but they tried to guide me to the Social Assistance office. I ignored them! Typical white man I started my business you destroyed it but you want to trap me on your welfare. I don't know why I would want to limit myself to your fixed monthly pay cheque. Age has nothing to do with anything. I excel further each day. It is a fantastic city with a lot of room for expansion. Of course it is mostly the Church of Latter Day Saints, with a fantastic university on the hill. The train goes right through the University. I have already told you about my walk from sixty fifth street. After we had to run from Salt Lake City because of the corrupt police and the system we had a brief stop for a few hours in St. George, Utah. I decided to look around the town and visit the Library. Of course this library staff was on extended thanksgiving holiday. That was the end of my tour. I returned to the Salt Lake station only to find two ne’er do well Caucasians ‘bout dem miss dem bus’ (saying they missed their bus) and they would be staying the night at the bus station. The inhouse Assistant bought them pizza. I said, ‘Oh yeah Rapleta, plans are afoot again to have you miss this bus and stay overnight to be violated. I immediately took up my bags and went outside and sat on a rock where I could see the front of the station and the arrivals and departures. Most times the reason they catch me is that I underestimate the cunningness and lack of integrity of the White man and his agents. Eventually the bus came and two of us went on, myself and another lady. The destination was Las Vegas, Nevada. Another beautiful city with Spanish style architecture and gambling everywhere most places open twenty four hours per day. In this city the Thailandese decided to attack me like they did in Utah. They messed me up at the Main Library. The second time I went there was no computer available. At the airport no one paid me any mind, there was no hassle I suppose they are used to people passing through. There was no doubt that the main industry of the city was gambling. There was a mini casino right in the middle of the airport. I felt more protected amongst the gamblers than the Christians. The Nazis and Mafias tried to get me to participate in the night life but as per usual I just ignored them. I also went on a free tour of the city . Of course when people saw how the driver and myself were interacting and sharing our experiences they ensured the tour was cut short. I saw nothing of the city. The driver took me to the broken down section of the city telling me about the Art District. I had to laugh to myself when I realized what was happening. The Nazis and Mafias always slander and vilify my person. All I do is just turn up and the people look at me and realize that they were told a lot of lies. Anyway, I had booked via Greyhound to go to Denver, Colorado. The first part of the trip was good. The second part some homosexuals poisoned my food on the bus. Denver Colorado was a very beautiful city reflecting the glory of a prosperous period in the past. Lots of challenges, people just lying in the streets. This time the Nazis and Mafias had an innovative idea where the library was concerned. They set up outside tables and had people use Chrome books. I had to laugh! I had no intention of sitting in any cold to use the computer. At the airport I had my one night honeymoon. You know because a black man is the mayor of the City you will be harassed. So said, so done! They harassed the life out of me!! All because I did not trust them and refused to sleep. I had to pray on one door stoop one night. The central station was also closed at night. One day I went into Whole Foods Market, they decided they were going to harass me over the use of the restrooms. I had to flee the city. I stuck close to downtown and the 16th Street Mall. Then I booked via Greyhound to go by Arrow express to Cheyenne, Wyoming because this was the capital city. Unfortunately, because I didn't have the services of a library my research on the state was lacking.When I arrived at Cheyenne at the Service Station on the outskirts I was told there was no Public Transportation in the city and I would have to take a taxi into the city. In the face of this information I decided that I would just go with the bus to Buffalo. The Wyoming scenery is very desolate, wide open spaces with a lot of limestone, A whole lot of shrubs and vast distances between civilizations. I was wondering why the company in Jamaica called Bengal did not put their proposal to the State of Wyoming. They had vast open spaces and a lot of limestone to dig. Lord help my Holy Ghost! That statement has already gotten me in trouble. I have been thrown into the cold continuously and denied wi-fi. Moving right along in the bus were a number of very sleazy looking fellows and it was obvious that they all had plans for me. One especially was on his telephone continuously. The way he was speaking I am sure he is into Human Trafficking since all I was seeing was a very desolate and barren countryside/landscape. I just decided to jump off the bus at Wheatland where there were two motels. I sat in a restaurant and ate some food before going to the motel. Of course the motel room was booby trapped. The people had chosen their own TV Channels, the heating, the dryer in the laundry room did not work. They also entered the room while I slept. The next day the bus driver picked me up and I returned to Denver Lord help my Holy Ghost!.. I did all these, people, because I wanted to see the Grand Canyon and Yellowstone National Park. I decided I had my fill of Wyoming so I would move on to South Dakota. I was given one long circuitous route through New Mexico. When I saw this I almost cancelled but I consoled myself to say it was just a transfer. Of course when we reached New Mexico the game changed. They wanted to cancel the bus for the day and no one wanted to say what was happening. After a whole lot of frustration I just drew my placard and went in front of the bus station and began protesting. A couple of hours after they sorted themselves out. On our way out of New Mexico we realized that the roads were blocked because a few centimetres of snow had fallen. I had to laugh and say they needed to get some advice from Canada on how to deal with snow. We ended up in Cincinnati, Ohio for another stop over then it was on to South Dakota. We will pick up here in March. The last part of my trip was very jumbled because of the transportation situation in these states and since all my documentation was stolen I have no way of putting things together but from memory. We will continue to pray that I have the mind of Christ. That mind remembers everything and is always very sharp. One point I would like to drive home is the fact that this building model where you have one major City and all the other cities are like poor cousins. I do not think this building model has worked very well. What you need are cities that are interconnected with more or less the same level of infrastructure. That to me lends itself to more lasting and sustainable development. The best places I saw this working out were in Switzerland and Germany. Africa a note to the wise. Do not follow the foolishness that has gone before, build to suit your cloth. You cannot have a highway network when people do not have the basic amenities in life. Who is going to drive on the highways? Nothing wrong with having highways do it gradually. Remember the multinationals are working in their favour not yours. You must have an idea of where you want to go and how you want to get there. I had that plan then I came to #Canada!! Lord help my Holy Ghost!! Then I am finding out what I can and cannot do as a black woman. Nobody in my little island told me these things. The devil is a liar and he has no mother-in-law. My Daddy created him. You limiting spirits back off! Moving right along before I start preaching. Canadians stop sticking me in my head with your injection needles. I was wondering what was affecting my eyes. Anyway, people, below is just a set of ad hoc incidents which we want recorded. Well people I cannot say the attempt to defile my person is really a surprise. Actions thus far have been leading up to the outright attempt. Hence the reason I have been trying to protect myself with prayer and by overdressing at all times. The events which took place in Sweden are now quite clear. The ultimate goal of the homosexual was to do just that. Daddy, I thank you that You are my God. There will never be another. This means my celibacy is bothering these people so much that they have crafted a diabolic scheme to defile me. In Sweden one of the Pakistani even went through the trouble of designing a screen saver for the computer with a picture of himself and the words Kumar and Puss. I deleted it immediately! Anyway I was very careless in Mississauga. I know I am dealing with unscrupulous people who have no conscience so I should have been more careful. I should have realized when I was sleeping so frequently that I was being gassed. I should have heeded the warning of the Spirit and stop being so comfortable in Mississauga. You see in Mississauga and Toronto Metrolinx have these GO Bus facilities which are quite comfortable washrooms, water and heat. Oh they are heaven and they are not harassing you. There is also the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) train which runs until after 2 a.m. and the night buses. Plus there is the airport, that is before the Afrikaans and Germans in Africa started harassing me. Unfortunately, this is not so in Ottawa.You have to search very hard to find facilities which are public and warm after certain hours. However, they must have facilities because their homeless colony is not very visible except for those people on Rideau Street who seem to have major issues. Anyway I should have left immediately, I was turned down for the flight to Amman, Jordan. However, hindsight is 20/20, you live and learn. I am now aware that these unscrupulous criminals Caucasians, Chinese, Pakistanis, Indians, Muslims, Nigerians, Europeans and Arabs will do anything to defile my person. I wrote this when I was leaving Toronto in the Megabus on July 18, 2021 with one white idiot reading a law book in front of me. Then there was a crooked Chinese lady whose only job was to block the internet. I paid neither of them any mind and asked the driver about the wi-fi he said there was none. I opened my notes and started organizing them and tried not to sleep. Damn parasites!! Flashback - It is now April 26 I have to be leaving Ottawa by Via Rail to Toronto to Windsor in order to see if I can get a computer to purchase across the border. I thank God for favour being harassed in the train as per usual. I tell you I cannot stop writing of my dislike and hatred for Canada. The place is unscrupulously criminal. As I was heading towards Tremblay Via Rail Station a thought came to my mind ‘Daddy I cannot deal with the sharks in the river. This river is infested with these creatures which tear people apart. Immediately, it came to me ‘Raphleta if you could not I would not have given you the assignment. Conclusion of the matter being ‘My grace is made perfect in your weakness. I just went to Costco to prove what I already knew that I was being blocked on the computer. I was also prevented from purchasing another computer. If I ordered online they wanted me to go to Montreal to pick up a computer. The criminals even wanted to introduce me to a kiosk at Costco. Downright lie!! I could never live in Canada, never or even in the USA. The moral fibre of society has been torn to shreds. Let us hear what Jeremiah has to say about the matter we pick up at Jeremiah 26. Chapter 29 Jeremiah’s Letter to the Captives one of the most memorable Passages Verses 7 - 10 Length of Captivity 7 And seek the peace of the city whither I have caused you to be carried away captives, and pray unto the Lord for it: for in the peace thereof shall ye have peace. 8 For thus saith the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel; Let not your prophets and your diviners, that be in the midst of you, deceive you, neither hearken to your dreams which ye cause to be dreamed. 9 For they prophesy falsely unto you in my name: I have not sent them, saith the Lord. 10 For thus saith the Lord, That after seventy years be accomplished at Babylon I will visit you, and perform my good word toward you, in causing you to return to this place. Here it is again in verse 10 about the seventy years length of captivity Verse 11 Memorable verse If anyone knows any verse in the Book of Jeremiah this is it 11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. Verses 12 - 14 The Persons who find the Lord 12 Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you. 13 And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart. 14 And I will be found of you, saith the Lord: and I will turn away your captivity, and I will gather you from all the nations, and from all the places whither I have driven you, saith the Lord; and I will bring you again into the place whence I caused you to be carried away captive. The foregoing passage is hardly emphasized but I think it is more important than Jeremiah 29 verse 11 because it speaks to how you get to God. Verses 18 - 19 The Destruction of the Remnant 18 And I will persecute them with the sword, with the famine, and with the pestilence, and will deliver them to be removed to all the kingdoms of the earth, to be a curse, and an astonishment, and an hissing, and a reproach, among all the nations whither I have driven them: 19 Because they have not hearkened to my words, saith the Lord, which I sent unto them by my servants the prophets, rising up early and sending them; but ye would not hear, saith the Lord. Verses 21 - 23 God is Rough with the Prophylyers 21 Thus saith the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel, of Ahab the son of Kolaiah, and of Zedekiah the son of Maaseiah, which prophesy a lie unto you in my name; Behold, I will deliver them into the hand of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon; and he shall slay them before your eyes; 22 And of them shall be taken up a curse by all the captivity of Judah which are in Babylon, saying, The Lord make thee like Zedekiah and like Ahab, whom the king of Babylon roasted in the fire; 23 Because they have committed villany in Israel, and have committed adultery with their neighbours' wives, and have spoken lying words in my name, which I have not commanded them; even I know, and am a witness, saith the Lord. Verses 24 - 32 There are no Exceptions with God 24 Thus shalt thou also speak to Shemaiah the Nehelamite, saying, 25 Thus speaketh the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel, saying, Because thou hast sent letters in thy name unto all the people that are at Jerusalem, and to Zephaniah the son of Maaseiah the priest, and to all the priests, saying, 26 The Lord hath made thee priest in the stead of Jehoiada the priest, that ye should be officers in the house of the Lord, for every man that is mad, and maketh himself a prophet, that thou shouldest put him in prison, and in the stocks. 27 Now therefore why hast thou not reproved Jeremiah of Anathoth, which maketh himself a prophet to you? 28 For therefore he sent unto us in Babylon, saying, This captivity is long: build ye houses, and dwell in them; and plant gardens, and eat the fruit of them. 29 And Zephaniah the priest read this letter in the ears of Jeremiah the prophet. 30 Then came the word of the Lord unto Jeremiah, saying, 31 Send to all them of the captivity, saying, Thus saith the Lord concerning Shemaiah the Nehelamite; Because that Shemaiah hath prophesied unto you, and I sent him not, and he caused you to trust in a lie: 32 Therefore thus saith the Lord; Behold, I will punish Shemaiah the Nehelamite, and his seed: he shall not have a man to dwell among this people; neither shall he behold the good that I will do for my people, saith the Lord; because he hath taught rebellion against the Lord. Chapter 30 Restoration of Israel and Judah Verse 8 Africans this Scripture is for Us 8 For it shall come to pass in that day, saith the Lord of hosts, that I will break his yoke from off thy neck, and will burst thy bonds, and strangers shall no more serve themselves of him: Verses 16 - 17 More encouraging Words 16 Therefore all they that devour thee shall be devoured; and all thine adversaries, every one of them, shall go into captivity; and they that spoil thee shall be a spoil, and all that prey upon thee will I give for a prey. 17 For I will restore health unto thee, and I will heal thee of thy wounds, saith the Lord; because they called thee an Outcast, saying, This is Zion, whom no man seeketh after. Verse 10 - 11 Ransomed by God 10 Hear the word of the Lord, O ye nations, and declare it in the isles afar off, and say, He that scattered Israel will gather him, and keep him, as a shepherd doth his flock. 11 For the Lord hath redeemed Jacob, and ransomed him from the hand of him that was stronger than he. Verse 15 Future Prophecy - Mercy on Ephraim 15 Thus saith the Lord; A voice was heard in Ramah, lamentation, and bitter weeping; Rahel weeping for her children refused to be comforted for her children, because they were not. The statement fulfilled in St. Matthew 2 verse 18 18 In Rama was there a voice heard, lamentation, and weeping, and great mourning, Rachel weeping for her children, and would not be comforted, because they are not. Verse 17 Positive Prophecy 17 And there is hope in thine end, saith the Lord, that thy children shall come again to their own border. Verse 18 Fulfilling Prophecy 18 I have surely heard Ephraim bemoaning himself thus; Thou hast chastised me, and I was chastised, as a bullock unaccustomed to the yoke: turn thou me, and I shall be turned; for thou art the Lord my God. Verse 27 Future Prosperity of Judah 27 Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, that I will sow the house of Israel and the house of Judah with the seed of man, and with the seed of beast. Verses 29 - 30 Everyone accountable for their own sins 29 In those days they shall say no more, The fathers have eaten a sour grape, and the children's teeth are set on edge. 30 But every one shall die for his own iniquity: every man that eateth the sour grape, his teeth shall be set on edge. Verse 33 A New Covenant 33 But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the Lord, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people. Verses 35 - 37 Good Prayer Point 35 Thus saith the Lord, which giveth the sun for a light by day, and the ordinances of the moon and of the stars for a light by night, which divideth the sea when the waves thereof roar; The Lord of hosts is his name: 36 If those ordinances depart from before me, saith the Lord, then the seed of Israel also shall cease from being a nation before me for ever. 37 Thus saith the Lord; If heaven above can be measured, and the foundations of the earth searched out beneath, I will also cast off all the seed of Israel for all that they have done, saith the Lord. Chapter 32 Jeremiah Buys A Field I had a nice write up on this chapter. It has now been stolen. I have to write it over. This whole chapter is about faith in action. Jeremiah was told by God to buy a field from his cousin. He did not understand why God had asked him to buy a field since they would be going into captivity. God said yes but, you are going to return. God is all about REAL ESTATE! It is just God being God yes you are going into captivity but you shall return. Seems God understands the appreciative value of real estate. I will give you the verse when his cousin turned up, his prayer for understanding and God’s assurance. Verses 2 - 3 Jeremiah in Prison 2 For then the king of Babylon's army besieged Jerusalem: and Jeremiah the prophet was shut up in the court of the prison, which was in the king of Judah's house. 3 For Zedekiah king of Judah had shut him up, saying, Wherefore dost thou prophesy, and say, Thus saith the Lord, Behold, I will give this city into the hand of the king of Babylon, and he shall take it; Verses 6 - 8 Instructions from God to Purchase Property 6 And Jeremiah said, The word of the Lord came unto me, saying, 7 Behold, Hanameel the son of Shallum thine uncle shall come unto thee saying, Buy thee my field that is in Anathoth: for the right of redemption is thine to buy it. 8 So Hanameel mine uncle's son came to me in the court of the prison according to the word of the Lord, and said unto me, Buy my field, I pray thee, that is in Anathoth, which is in the country of Benjamin: for the right of inheritance is thine, and the redemption is thine; buy it for thyself. Then I knew that this was the word of the Lord. Verses 16 - 25 Jeremiah Prays for Understanding 16 Now when I had delivered the evidence of the purchase unto Baruch the son of Neriah, I prayed unto the Lord, saying, 17 Ah Lord God! behold, thou hast made the heaven and the earth by thy great power and stretched out arm, and there is nothing too hard for thee: 18 Thou shewest loving kindness unto thousands, and recompensest the iniquity of the fathers into the bosom of their children after them: the Great, the Mighty God, the Lord of hosts, is his name, 19 Great in counsel, and mighty in work: for thine eyes are open upon all the ways of the sons of men: to give every one according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings: 20 Which hast set signs and wonders in the land of Egypt, even unto this day, and in Israel, and among other men; and hast made thee a name, as at this day; 21 And hast brought forth thy people Israel out of the land of Egypt with signs, and with wonders, and with a strong hand, and with a stretched out arm, and with great terror; 22 And hast given them this land, which thou didst swear to their fathers to give them, a land flowing with milk and honey; 23 And they came in, and possessed it; but they obeyed not thy voice, neither walked in thy law; they have done nothing of all that thou commandedst them to do: therefore thou hast caused all this evil to come upon them: 24 Behold the mounts, they are come unto the city to take it; and the city is given into the hand of the Chaldeans, that fight against it, because of the sword, and of the famine, and of the pestilence: and what thou hast spoken is come to pass; and, behold, thou seest it. 25 And thou hast said unto me, O Lord God, Buy thee the field for money, and take witnesses; for the city is given into the hand of the Chaldeans. Chapter 33 Excellence of the Restored Nation Verses 1 - 3 The Prophet still in Prison 1 Moreover the word of the Lord came unto Jeremiah the second time, while he was yet shut up in the court of the prison, saying, 2 Thus saith the Lord the maker thereof, the Lord that formed it, to establish it; the Lord is his name; 3 Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and show thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not. Verse 3 another favourite scripture. I tell you I am giving you all my secrets. Love to listen to Pastor E.A.Adeboye when he is going through his paces with these scriptures. They just fly off his tongue. Note People that Jeremiah is still in prison and the Lord is still talking. God is able to speak to you in any situation. It was King David in Psalm 139 verse 8 that said even when you are in hell the Lord is there. I am reminded of the time I was in a church and a gentleman was sharing from Psalm 40. I tell you when he reached verse 2 his demeanour, his voice and everything changed in order to emphasize how deep the ‘horrible pit’ was. I am now saying to you that God is able to speak to you even in that horrible pit. I am reminded of when Sister P said ‘Di one Audley betta nuh draw mi tongue’. Since I did not want anyone pulling on my tongue and since my Daddy made the original pit for the devil and his crowd I left the meeting and never returned.We will speak to the deliverance at another time. Verses 10 - 11 The Prophetic Song - Od Yishama (There Shall Be Heard)

Verses 20 - 22 The Permanence of God’s Covenant 20 Thus saith the Lord; If ye can break my covenant of the day, and my covenant of the night, and that there should not be day and night in their season; 21 Then may also my covenant be broken with David my servant, that he should not have a son to reign upon his throne; and with the Levites the priests, my ministers. 22 As the host of heaven cannot be numbered, neither the sand of the sea measured: so will I multiply the seed of David my servant, and the Levites that minister unto me. Verses 25 - 26 The Permanence of God’s Covenant cont’d 25 Thus saith the Lord; If my covenant be not with day and night, and if I have not appointed the ordinances of heaven and earth; 26 Then will I cast away the seed of Jacob and David my servant, so that I will not take any of his seed to be rulers over the seed of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob: for I will cause their captivity to return, and have mercy on them. I tell you people the promises are sure and this was the Old Testament. Verse 17 good warfare scripture against treachery! I declare that even as you said in your word... Chapter 35 The Obedient Rechabites This is a fantastic story about obedience! It is about a sect of people in Israel that obeyed their forefathers instructions not to drink wine. I keep telling you to be careful of the people you have in your ears. They will cause you to disobey God. Verses 2 - 5 Jeremiah tried to get the Rechabites to Disobey 2 Go unto the house of the Rechabites, and speak unto them, and bring them into the house of the Lord, into one of the chambers, and give them wine to drink. 3 Then I took Jaazaniah the son of Jeremiah, the son of Habaziniah, and his brethren, and all his sons, and the whole house of the Rechabites; 4 And I brought them into the house of the Lord, into the chamber of the sons of Hanan, the son of Igdaliah, a man of God, which was by the chamber of the princes, which was above the chamber of Maaseiah the son of Shallum, the keeper of the door: 5 And I set before the sons of the house of the Rechabites pots full of wine, and cups, and I said unto them, Drink ye wine. CONCLUSION Well people we have made it yet again, this time around my Blog is under serious attack from all the ites Perizzites, Amorites, Moabites, Ammonites, Jebusites, Canaanites and Girgasites and they are as vile as their names suggest. It is all gloves off and stop pretending that we are nice and we wish her well. Our intentions are to destroy her in every way we can. But God, they destroy this Blog I start another, and another. and another… I really don’t know who told these people that under God’s heaven I would want anything from any of them. Let us look at the specific gems for this section. I mean this section has everything. I really think I am giving away too many of my secrets. I mean in those three thirty and four o’clock hours in the early morning when I was alone on my knees before the Lord in the living room, the television to my back. I mean when I was leading worship I had to be before the Lord for the whole week and I watched no television the Saturday night because unknown to me it was really some serious warfare. I thank God for the opportunity to hone my skills. Stay before God people! I will continue to do so because when you think you have arrived. Then you realize that there are higher heights and deeper depths in God. With this God there is no ultimate destination, only continuous growth! THE BOOK OF JEREMIAH LIFE LESSONS IN PLANS AND PURPOSES

Original Link INTRODUCTION Mon peuple, mon peuple what are we six months late however better late than never. I tell you God knows our times and seasons. This is certainly not my first or second or even third time reading the book of Jeremiah but never has the book of Jeremiah taken on such significance. It was indeed my delight reading the book. In fact, if I was to retitle my blog post I would rename it The Book of Jeremiah- God and I Straight Up or Straight Talk. Now I know why people do not read the book because it proves that God does communicate with us and wants to communicate with us. It also proves that God talks straight. Everything Jeremiah said was told to him by God. I really enjoyed reading it and found many Gems, prayer points and Messianic prophecies which I will be sharing as we continue in this blog series. Anyway to sort of tidy up my introduction let me go back to give another section of my trip to the United States of America. The problem is that the last part of my trip was so disjointed. I had to be going back and forth to Chicago and Minnesota to make connections to get to other parts of the northern parts of the USA. Most of the time it was winter so I could not be doing much walking. I will try to do my best so that most of you can try and leave New York. Of course my FB posting on Las Vegas was hijacked from my email account. The Chinese, Indian and Pakistanis especially the Chinese they featured big in Las Vegas. Damn Mafias!! Then here it is: I am checking out Greyhound Lines in Canada only to find that as of May 2021 they closed their operations in Canada. They have an outstanding complaint for me from August 2019. I can understand why they eventually had to leave. Transportation in Canada is not like the USA; it is highly regulated. Although I am wondering when Metrolinx is going to reach Ottawa. It has reached as far as Peterborough by bus. The immigrants do not even realize that they are their worst enemies when it comes to living in Canada. The more you spread out the better it is for you. There is such a thing called Equalization Payments. All the Provinces are supposed to have more or less the same standard of living in Canada. If it is not so you put pressure on the system to put in the infrastructure. When everyone lives on top of each other in Toronto and the outskirts are empty they cannot justify equalization payment or even industries. Anyway back to my travels in the USA I had left you at Milwaukee, Wisconsin. They have a lovely intermodal hub in the city. This State reminds me of Germany. The emphasis is more on work and less on play. The place is nice and well laid out especially in the farming districts. Milwaukee is very well serviced in terms of bus but on the outskirts the Jefferson line seems to be the link between the different towns. While this is nice it tends to make transportation cost expensive. Moving right along, I tell you I was reading a book entitled The Coaching Habit Say Less, Ask More & Change the Way You Lead Forever by Michael Bungay Stanier. The book has some useful information but I had to just browse through it because I did not like how it was compiled. It has too many things trying to grab my attention. I like Times New Roman font. If you are getting fancier than Calibri and Arial you have lost me especially with these new gothic type things. However, I would like to share two things I learnt from the book I found most interesting. The author has some nice illustrations. The first is that he said he was a law student who was sued by his teacher for defamation of character. I am still laughing. The second, is a lovely quotation by George Bernard Shaw ‘The reasonable man adapts himself to the world: the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself. Therefore all progress depends on the unreasonable man.’ Put simply you cannot just accept things, change comes because of resistance. I tell you people last night the police ejected me from the airport by bursting into the restroom while I was still on the toilet. They said ‘you have been in there for twenty seven minutes.’ I said, really I do not time the flow. It does as it pleases. They eventually opened the door and came in. My bodily functions just took their own time, they were in no hurry. The three of them stood in the restroom conversing while I was on the toilet doing my business. Then they disappeared while I was on my way out with them. One fellow’s shirt was marked Sheriff. I certainly would not like his job. Ejecting ladies out of restrooms in the early morning. It is a dog’s life. Then I took a bus and sat down because my feet were tired. I forgot that I was not in Europe. At this hour of the night no one collected any fares. The driver asked me if I was not going to pay. I told her yes, when I was getting off. In addition, the lady had the air conditioning on in the cold early morning. The bus stopped at a particular stop and I got up and paid. Next thing I knew the bus had stopped and two security people came on. Accusing me of being in dispute with the driver. I said ‘What?’ I was in dispute because I had not paid my fare and she had called them. They ejected me off the bus. The bus driver was told not to go any further. I told them all, they were evil and wicked black people that is why I avoided them all. It was right at a hospital across from Whole Foods Market on the way to University of Wisconsin and Milwaukee. The next thing I saw was an ambulance. I paid none of them any mind because it was all planned. There was a Catholic institution right beside the hospital. I walked a little up the road then turned back and held my seat at some Coffee Colectivo across from a twenty four hour gas station. The University Campuses are normally very quiet and they have their own security. If it is a forward looking university which gets its money legally they will not bother you eg university of Santa Barbara - California. The other ones are a nuisance. Of course because the Indians, Pakistanis and Chinese are here even though I have one pair of pants they have placed all their substance on my pants while I was sleeping and destroyed my last pair of pants again. I cannot buy more than one at a time because they keep destroying them. They want me to wear pants so they can get into my panties at night to remove my wallet. I refuse to wear those pants anymore. I have to go search for another nice high waisted pants again. They are the most expensive jeans. Can you imagine spending all that money only for your garment to be deliberately destroyed by crooks. I am still really very angry about my two pants which I bought from Addition Elle in Canada which they have destroyed. They are two of the best pairs of jeans I have had to date. When I was in Indianapolis they stole my African Travel Guide book that I am reading in preparation for my trip to that side of the world. When I went to the hotel, the Concierge was giving me arguments. I said just tell the crooks the next city I reach I will be going to the police to report my book stolen. It is obvious that the police are working for the criminals because I am not doing anything but they follow me everywhere and those who are doing all the criminality are sending them after me. The next day I was on the Greyhound and found my book in the bag. Now the Milwaukee bus system is refusing to take my $4 because they want to over charge me by $1. It is pathetic how the people in the system have to lie to keep their jobs. Then people have decided that I now need a lawyer so yesterday I was stuck on the seventeenth floor of a building with a law firm and today they dropped me in front of the next one. That is certainly a come down from 2011 when I was rejected by every law firm in Toronto, Canada. I mean everyone. The only one who would help decided that I had to agree with anything they said before they would take my case. I will keep you posted while the white man continues to analyze me while I use his library. Pastor Kerr, good to see you looking handsome as per usual! Good to see you people are allowing the Pakistanis and Indians to do their own dirty work. This lady picked me up at Walmart this morning and followed straight to the bus stop. I saw her in Walmart talking to herself. She did not pay any fare. However, last night I was ejected from the airport again and thrown off the bus near a cemetery. We know the connotations. The last time someone challenged me in Chicago, I just said I practice planned parenthood, I am still planning. I went into the cemetery and did my exercise and then started walking from around 11:30 p.m. until around 2:50 a.m. I had a mask in the airport. I had to throw it away immediately and I realized it was laced with germs. Yes, people I had to walk from near the airport to Wisconsin Avenue via sixth street. This time it was through the South American Quarter. They really had a very high opinion of me. While I was walking I was thinking to myself Raphleta you are either doing something very good or very bad when all nations and people who have to flee in desperation from persecution through all types of perils have so much to say about you. Reminds me of when I passed through Effingham, I stopped at the Roman Catholic Church in the middle of the city. It was a South American service. Would you believe at the end of the service they just served the wafer for communion? I noticed that it was mostly the children who went up and realized that after I left they served the proper communion. I know they like myself not into the foolishness of a dry wafer for communion. I am reminded of this scripture with all these people up here in Milwaukee pursuing me Proverbs 26 verse 27. Robert Nesta Marley Whosoever Diggeth a Pit! I tell you people after a very stressful journey on the Jefferson Lines. I booked through Greyhound but they throw me on whatever bus they desire. They decided that they were going to expand my body again. They have this thing which they put on the seat. I told you about it from Quebec. The same strategy. Then the crooked Pakistanis put more poison on my toe after I cleaned it up with the wafer and communion wine. Last night I had to use garlic to take out the poison again. They are trying very hard to destroy my feet. Then the first shop I bought from in Minneapolis decided to steal my fifty cents. I bought some soup at Lunds and Byerly’s at 12 South and 12 North.They charged me $6.49 instead of $5.99. All the other prices were exactly like Whole Foods except the medium bowl because that is the one I buy. I just asked God to dry them up. I also left a tract with a little fellow in the store. He was quite professional. Then I reached the station at Nicollet Mall and 5th Street East, left my bag and was trying to map out my route by looking at the route map at the station. People have been advised not to tell you anything. When I returned to my bags they were gone. I looked right, I looked left. I saw something like my bags on feet. I looked very closely and realized that they were indeed my bags going up the road with three fellows. I ran them down and told the first fellow to gimme mi bag.’ He resisted and I was insistent. He released them, then the oldest I dragged one of my bags from him. Then he continued moving and I realized that it was my clothes bag he still had on his cart. I had to drag that one from him again. Then they were telling me that the bags were there and they did not see anyone. I said what? Did you ask to say if the person was nearby? They said they were taking them to the government department. I went into my bag and said, ‘unuh si dis unuh coulda lose unuh life.’ A green line came then and they all ran into it laughing. Damn Canadian hired thieves!! I really do not leave my bags unattended only in the supermarket and at the airport because they always have security and cameras. Now I know people are hard after my bags. They are destroying them inch by inch. Especially now that I will be leaving North America shortly. Anyway people, Minneapolis/St Paul are very nice cities. I am sorry I was not here in the summer or spring. Right now it is covered by snow. I see Canada has some serious influence up here. They have a place called little Canada. I really have a problem with the USA. The money is not trickling down to some states. Milwaukee is also very nice. It reminded me of Germany. Everytime I travelled the city I would be reminded of Berlin or Munich. They seem to be a very industrious city not a whole lot of nyammy nyammy (eating) just like Germany. Plus most of the towns seem to have some sort of transportation. Well people my last pair of jeans is disappearing off my body. I have to go find another one. People you need to come to the Mall of America talk about big things. Vision, vision. I was thrown out of my nice warm accommodations in the cold, Canadian style. Let us say I was introduced to the homeless colony all over Minneapolis that night. Of course they tried to abduct me again. I had to ask the bus driver why these white people did not leave me alone after three months locked down in Sweden which I have been very traumatized by. What else do they want? I ended up in a stairwell by 28th Avenue by the Metro Station. I thought I was alone until I started praying and singing on the top of my voice. Have to keep warm, people. Singing and dancing and praying does the trick. When you are in the heat of battle you forget the cold. By the time I said as it was in the days of Joshua, set ambushments, send some Holy Ghost boulders and annihilate them swiftly. I was praying about the fighting in Ethiopia. I looked through the door at one lady who was moving with her cart. Then one white lady came to stand by me. Then one fellow whom I did not know left at three thirty. I did not know so many people were there. They were not the only ones. You had one young man walking around with his flask. I ignored him. I tell you homelessness in the black community is a serious problem. On the train I sat near one person who looked like a male pretending to be a female. It turned up in the library so I gave it a tract. Lord help my Holy GHost!! For those of you who are into real estate there is a piece of property in Bloomington near the Mall of America. I just gave him what was left and laughed to myself. The Bible says if a man is hungry and he eats then he should be pardoned. I was happy to claim my blessings under the circumstances. At Walmart they devised this elaborate scheme with the Thais to return my money. Yes people, the Thailandese decided that they are taking me on. I said not a problem bread for me. Daddy needs to judge some more gods. The same night my food was eaten they had one black lady stalking me. She came on the bus and put on one piece of show using a lot of curse words and talking about how she is annihilating luci. I watched for a time she was so boring she put me to sleep. The next thing I remembered was the driver waking me up and telling me I had reached the last stop. Luckily the last stop was where I was getting off because when I get the chance to sleep I sleep like Peter in the book of Acts only angels can wake me up. Then I was at another bus stop. This lady turned up again,before she got into her strides I just got off the bus and onto another one. Luckily the buses in Minneapolis run frequently and are bountiful. One of the best in the north. The fare is extremely inexpensive also. In fact most people do not even pay. They told one Ethiopian bus driver to start asking for fare. I was sorry for him because most people came on and had no intention to pay any fare. I sat and I laughed. I tell you all these Nazis and Mafias do is try to mess up people’s business. Then they decided to adjust the train schedule as per usual. First, they tried to trap me in St. Paul. I was not having any of that. I just came off the train and returned to Minneapolis. I had one black fool came into the train and decided to serenade me. Then one came in with all his worldly possessions, bags upon bags and a cart. I tell you people fight for your democracies black people up here in the north have some serious challenges. Let me get back to Walmart. I ended up walking out with the grocery and the money. That white fellow’s bill was paid in full. Then they decided to start diverting the bus I wanted. I had to end up running down a bus after walking to another bus stop. Luckily there was a little lady at the bus stop who insisted on the bus waiting for me. I pray God will bless her in all her endeavours. On the bus into Bismarck fortunately I slept all the way while airing my laundry and inhaling the infected air. Canada is trying everything to give me the Canadian Virus. Obviously, they have forgotten that I was the one that had the first trial in Quebec. In that very cold winter. I am immune to the germ. Lord help my Holy Ghost! When I reached Bismarck, North Dakota the buses were nowhere to be found and most of them stopped at five or six p.m. I saw two across the gas station. They left! I thank the people at the bus station for their thoughtfulness. They had a map of the city on the wall. I had to walk from 34th street all the way to fifth to get to know the city. On my way someone had a message about the laundromat and of course being Caucasian they had to put an insult in the message about dog wash. I just went and finished drying my laundry. I met a Native Indian who was quite gracious and commended me on my singing. For the rest of the night I bounced around the town because I was on my way to the Airport and I bumped my foot. When I looked on the ground I was wondering where exactly did I bump my foot. I turned back and just sat under a bridge and did some praying about some pressing issues. Then I returned to the Kum and Go and the Courthouse and Postal Service. I tell you Courthouses have become a very welcome sight in my world. Nobody wants their license plate or image on a courthouse camera. Thank God! I am not disturbed when I am by a courthouse. This one also had the Post Office attached to it. I remembered how the postal service in Canada saved me on many occasions. The Sanford Hospital Emergency room is in the vicinity but my experience with hospitals is not pleasant. They all would love to stick me illegally so I just use their facilities and leave and do not give the Nazis and Mafias a chance to have them throw me out in the cold. I have enough Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde Chinese, Pakistani and Indian sticking me with all kinds of illegal substances. I actually went there in the early morning and had a cup of tea and decided to watch some American News while I waited for the Library to open and of course they ran me out after about half an hour. I advised, I was just waiting for the Library to open. Then another lady came and asked us to leave after another half an hour. By this time a Native American had joined us. He is another story. North Dakota is bordered by the Canadian Provinces Manitoba and Saskatchewan in the North. Of course it is not as fancy as Minneapolis but then again the things you see in Minneapolis you do not see here. It is also cold because of the Canadian weather. Lots of wide open spaces. They build flat instead of high. If you do not mind being a bit chilly then there is room up here for you. Another thing I am wondering about is why there is no euphoria about the win of the Democrats. Everything up here is very low keyed. The only thing which seems to be marching on is the Canadian Virus. When I raised my head all I saw was a big dog coming at me. The next incident was I was lying on my back at the same park and I just heard ‘Raphleta look up.’ When I looked up there was a dog coming towards me. This time it was a lady crooked Pakistanis skinning her teeth. The look I gave her, if look could have killed she would have dropped dead on the spot. Then I noticed that many of them came with their dogs on and off the leash but I was prepared for them and their dogs. The last encounter I had with one of these Pakistanis was in St. Catharines. A young man came with the dog off the leash and the dog was heading towards me while I was walking to the library at the Kiwanis Aquatic Centre. I said let him come, me sey mek him come!! He got the message and called off his dog and went on his way. I said all of that to say that these people, the Pakistanis, are not someone you joke with. Your Ministers of government have obviously taken peoples things and cannot fulfill promises. They are going to use any weapon they have. The gentleman I spoke to said they would close at seven and re-open at 9 p.m. When I returned at 10 p.m there was this red bearded fellow who did not even ask me for my ticket but just called the police. Oh I should have told you there was a police on site from about 4:30 p.m. He offered me refreshments and was telling me that he knew that I had gone through some.. After the bus left. I told him I did not deal in hypocrisy. These days when I see the police they turn my stomach. It is a sure sign that something unpleasant will be happening. Back to my story, of course they came. It was all planned. Listened to my side of the story politely and then listened to the crook behind the counter and then asked him what he wanted to do. The fact that I had a ticket did not matter. The Salt Lake City Express bus took us to Salt Lake City. I got off at the Walmart just to get something to eat. I have to be very careful of the Walmart nuts. It seems the Chinese are poisoning the ones I eat. I left Idaho Falls immediately because once again the people at Melaleuca defrauded me my money. I will show you the invoice. Salt Lake City in this part of the world is an up and coming city. It is in a valley like Billings, Montana and there seems to be a boom going on. I had a lovely Thanksgiving meal. Can you imagine on Thanksgiving day they just shut down the whole bus system. It is the first time I am seeing this. Bus systems are scaled down on a holiday; it is an essential service. I got a ride from the Airport with the Salt Lake Express. Then a lady gave me a ride to the restaurant I was going to 64 street and State. It was a lovely meal. I cannot eat much these days. I knew the Nazis and Mafias would abandon me up there in the South West. Luckily for me the city has a lovely train system as such I did not have much interaction with the people in the system because my first day in town I went to the Intermodal Station and they told me the restrooms were only for GreyHound passengers. These days I just tell people I am overloaded with lies. I cannot take any more, have my excuse. I started trekking at about 5 p.m. or before because it was not dark, that is from 6400 street South to 1300 street South 300 West. By around 12:30 a.m. after many turns and curves I reached 2200 South. I decided to rest my legs and felt the unction to pray. It was a large furniture store, Richard Weilly. The building was well lit. It was the commercial part of town. I think the Central Pointe Trax Station was nearby. I did pray and set a few things in order.. The Nazi came out of his car. These days mi nuh business! Then after praying and singing. I moved on at 1800 South. I stopped at Bank of America and found that my card was totally blocked. Bank of America decided to add a little intrigue and used only French. Then I moved on to Brighton Bank. This time I did not take any chances since the building was well lit. I remembered what took place in Quebec. The bank just swallowed up my card. I moved on to Walmart entering it via Hope Avenue. By this time it was minutes to 3 a.m. as I entered and settled down a police car came to me. What am I doing there? I am waiting for the sale. He was watching the door and did not know about the sale. I could not stay. The Nazis and Mafias make it up as they go along. The primary principle or non principle being nothing is off limits. There was one officer outside by the door and one inside. After using the washroom and thawing out my hands and going to electronics there were two more. To be very frank with you it is becoming such a common practise seeing them that when I see them it does not seem strange anymore. There was an elderly one whom I had encountered at the Airport who had accosted me in the bathroom. As far as I am concerned most of them have no integrity. He stood in the bathroom until I completed packing my bags and putting on my shoes. Everytime i enter a restroom and the lights can be turned off I do. In Indianapolis the police wanted to know who I had with me in the bathroom? and what I was doing in the bathroom? I almost asked him if he did not have a wife. I thought discretion was the better part of valour. Back to the Walmart story I went to the lady at the counter, an elderly black woman. I said may I have a list of all the HP computers you have and the prices. I thought this was a simple request. She went to the cabinet and brought out a computer. She had none of the electronic scanners that all Walmart workers are so proud of. Then a Caucasian came around with the Team Lead badge on her bosom and she did the scanning. I said I am not interested in that one. The black lady returned it and said I was to tell her what I wanted. By this time I started saying sic him Bruno, sic him Blackie, sic him Brownie woof woof woof. Then she went around the other side and carried another computer. And the white lady scanned and she was talking to the police and they were laughing. I just said let me get out of here. I continued to say sic him and woof woof and left one little criminal Thailandese lady standing near the police. I just looked at her and said no integrity! I pushed my shopping cart, picked up a grapefruit and walked out stating that I do not want to be tainted with the criminality of the white man. In my world there was no scarcity. I returned to the airport, booked my passage and sorted out my bank card. The latter was another thing at Walmart, I had tried to use the telephone and there was a criminal on the line trying to mine my information again. I jumped on the bus at 10:00 and left Salt Lake City.I stopped briefly in St. George, Utah. It is a fantastic city. Then here I go again everywhere I go they lock down the library on me. In Idaho falls they had children playing games on the computer but they ran down my time when i started tweeting. In St. George they were on an extended holiday. Here in Las Vegas the main Library was full of nothing but criminals. I tried to get a computer at the Walmart but they had no Hewlett Packard plus they sent a teenager to sell me the machine. I have been having some extremely poor experience with the Salvation Army in North America. However, because I do not want to get into any skirmishes I have just been ignoring them. I went into the same store and they disguised jean pants pretending it was new with labels etc.. On close examination I realized it was a second hand pants they wanted to charge me Fifteen dollars for. After trying on about ten pants that was the only pair that fit. I just hissed my teeth and walked out of the store. This last time I returned they had removed all the pants that would fit. I have been locked out of their stores many times. The one in Ottawa sold me a Chinese shoe that almost crippled my feet. The shoes were full of poison. This was also done to me in London. I have bought a number of jeans which have lasted only a few days. The list goes on and on. Since I realize that they are no longer an independent organization and depend on government funding, I have ignored them. However, today when I went into the store they had this little Chinese come to tell me that the purchase of the pot was a final sale. I said, ‘No problem’. I left the pot and said I have my receipt you will hear from my lawyer.’ Suffice it to say I rolled up my receipt and placed it in my bag. When I was out at the bus stop this little Indian girl came with her shark. One Caucasian gentleman passed her and told her he liked it. I ignored them, it was very easy! A bus came and we both boarded. On reaching the terminal and sitting down and eating my grapes. I was now ready to load my Presto Card only to discover my purse missing. I said, God again!! Why won't these people leave my purse? Remember in Ottawa one other little female crook stole my purse so they could steal my Walmart receipt. When I realized the purse was missing by the method of deduction I realized what the little Cooleys are after. I have decided that this is the last time I enter the Salvation Army Thrift Store. Verse 12 - 13 The Lord Speak Judgment 12 Even a full wind from those places shall come unto me: now also will I give sentence against them. 13 Behold, he shall come up as clouds, and his chariots shall be as a whirlwind: his horses are swifter than eagles. Woe unto us! for we are spoiled. Verse 22 - 26 Sorrow for the Doomed Nation 22 For my people is foolish, they have not known me; they are sottish children, and they have none understanding: they are wise to do evil, but to do good they have no knowledge. 23 I beheld the earth, and, lo, it was without form, and void; and the heavens, and they had no light. 24 I beheld the mountains, and, lo, they trembled, and all the hills moved lightly. 25 I beheld, and, lo, there was no man, and all the birds of the heavens were fled. 26 I beheld, and, lo, the fruitful place was a wilderness, and all the cities thereof were broken down at the presence of the Lord, and by his fierce anger. Chapter 5 The Justice of God’s Judgment Verse 21 - 22 Lack of vision of the people 21 Hear now this, O foolish people, and without understanding; which have eyes, and see not; which have ears, and hear not: 22 Fear ye not me? saith the Lord: will ye not tremble at my presence, which have placed the sand for the bound of the sea by a perpetual decree, that it cannot pass it: and though the waves thereof toss themselves, yet can they not prevail; though they roar, yet can they not pass over it? Chapter 6 Impending Destruction from the North Speaking directly of the destruction of Jerusalem Verse 13 - 15 Deceitful people 13 For from the least of them even unto the greatest of them every one is given to covetousness; and from the prophet even unto the priest every one dealeth falsely. 14 They have healed also the hurt of the daughter of my people slightly, saying, Peace, peace; when there is no peace. 15 Were they ashamed when they had committed abomination? nay, they were not at all ashamed, neither could they blush: therefore they shall fall among them that fall: at the time that I visit them they shall be cast down, saith the Lord. Verse 20 God does not accept all Offerings 20 To what purpose cometh there to me incense from Sheba, and the sweet cane from a far country? your burnt offerings are not acceptable, nor your sacrifices sweet unto me. When I was writing this passage the Canadian Virus was ravaging the world. The Europeans had dropped me back in Canada on June 11and I was in Ottawa at the time of writing. At the time of typing in July I am in Toronto sitting before Walmart using their WiFi and electricity. I have to stop saying ‘Bless Mr. Schultz!’ Verses 24 - 25 Fear on every side 24 We have heard the fame thereof: our hands wax feeble: anguish hath taken hold of us, and pain, as of a woman in travail. 25 Go not forth into the field, nor walk by the way; for the sword of the enemy and fear is on every side. Chapter 7 Trusting in Lying Words Verses 3 - 11 Righteous God 3 Thus saith the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel, Amend your ways and your doings, and I will cause you to dwell in this place. 4 Trust ye not in lying words, saying, The temple of the Lord, The temple of the Lord, The temple of the Lord, are these. 5 For if ye thoroughly amend your ways and your doings; if ye throughly execute judgment between a man and his neighbour; 6 If ye oppress not the stranger, the fatherless, and the widow, and shed not innocent blood in this place, neither walk after other gods to your hurt: 7 Then will I cause you to dwell in this place, in the land that I gave to your fathers, for ever and ever. 8 Behold, ye trust in lying words, that cannot profit. 9 Will ye steal, murder, and commit adultery, and swear falsely, and burn incense unto Baal, and walk after other gods whom ye know not; 10 And come and stand before me in this house, which is called by my name, and say, We are delivered to do all these abominations? 11 Is this house, which is called by my name, become a den of robbers in your eyes? Behold, even I have seen it, saith the Lord. The detriment of lying lips goes all the way to Chapter 8 verse 3. Chapter 8 The Peril of False Teaching Verses 4 - 9 Negative Effects of Sin 4 Moreover thou shalt say unto them, Thus saith the Lord; Shall they fall, and not arise? shall he turn away, and not return? 5 Why then is this people of Jerusalem slidden back by a perpetual backsliding? they hold fast deceit, they refuse to return. 6 I hearkened and heard, but they spake not aright: no man repented him of his wickedness, saying, What have I done? every one turned to his course, as the horse rusheth into the battle. 7 Yea, the stork in the heaven knoweth her appointed times; and the turtle and the crane and the swallow observe the time of their coming; but my people know not the judgment of the Lord. 8 How do ye say, We are wise, and the law of the Lord is with us? Lo, certainly in vain made he it; the pen of the scribes is in vain. 9 The wise men are ashamed, they are dismayed and taken: lo, they have rejected the word of the Lord; and what wisdom is in them? Verses 18 - 22 The Prophet Mourns for the People (continued up to Chapter 9 verse 17) 18 When I would comfort myself against sorrow, my heart is faint in me. 19 Behold the voice of the cry of the daughter of my people because of them that dwell in a far country: Is not the Lord in Zion? is not her king in her? Why have they provoked me to anger with their graven images, and with strange vanities? 20 The harvest is past, the summer is ended, and we are not saved. 21 For the hurt of the daughter of my people am I hurt; I am black; astonishment hath taken hold on me. 22 Is there no balm in Gilead; is there no physician there? why then is not the health of the daughter of my people recovered? Chapter 9 The Prophet Mourns for the People Verses 7 - 11 Deceit 7 Therefore thus saith the Lord of hosts, Behold, I will melt them, and try them; for how shall I do for the daughter of my people? 8 Their tongue is as an arrow shot out; it speaketh deceit: one speaketh peaceably to his neighbour with his mouth, but in heart he layeth his wait. 9 Shall I not visit them for these things? saith the Lord: shall not my soul be avenged on such a nation as this? 10 For the mountains will I take up a weeping and wailing, and for the habitations of the wilderness a lamentation, because they are burned up, so that none can pass through them; neither can men hear the voice of the cattle; both the fowl of the heavens and the beast are fled; they are gone. 11 And I will make Jerusalem heaps, and a den of dragons; and I will make the cities of Judah desolate, without an inhabitant. This passage reminds me of the people in Canada who are chasing me around. They are very deceptive. Verses 23 - 24 The People Mourn in Judgment/Trust in God 23 Thus saith the Lord, Let not the wise man glory in his wisdom, neither let the mighty man glory in his might, let not the rich man glory in his riches: 24 But let him that glorieth glory in this, that he understandeth and knoweth me, that I am the Lord which exercises lovingkindness, judgment, and righteousness, in the earth: for in these things I delight, saith the Lord. Chapter 10 Idols and the True God Verses 23 - 25 Man cannot help Man 23 O Lord, I know that the way of man is not in himself: it is not in man that walketh to direct his steps. 24 O Lord, correct me, but with judgment; not in thine anger, lest thou bring me to nothing. 25 Pour out thy fury upon the heathen that know thee not, and upon the families that call not on thy name: for they have eaten up Jacob, and devoured him, and consumed him, and have made his habitation desolate. Chapter 11 Conspiracy Verses 9 - 17 9 And the Lord said unto me, A conspiracy is found among the men of Judah, and among the inhabitants of Jerusalem. 10 They are turned back to the iniquities of their forefathers, which refused to hear my words; and they went after other gods to serve them: the house of Israel and the house of Judah have broken my covenant which I made with their fathers. 11 Therefore thus saith the Lord, Behold, I will bring evil upon them, which they shall not be able to escape; and though they shall cry unto me, I will not hearken unto them. 12 Then shall the cities of Judah and inhabitants of Jerusalem go, and cry unto the gods unto whom they offer incense: but they shall not save them at all in the time of their trouble. 13 For according to the number of thy cities were thy gods, O Judah; and according to the number of the streets of Jerusalem have ye set up altars to that shameful thing, even altars to burn incense unto Baal. 14 Therefore pray not thou for this people, neither lift up a cry or prayer for them: for I will not hear them in the time that they cry unto me for their trouble. 15 What hath my beloved to do in mine house, seeing she hath wrought lewdness with many, and the holy flesh is passed from thee? when thou doest evil, then thou rejoicest. 16 The Lord called thy name, A green olive tree, fair, and of goodly fruit: with the noise of a great tumult he hath kindled fire upon it, and the branches of it are broken. 17 For the Lord of hosts, that planted thee, hath pronounced evil against thee, for the evil of the house of Israel and of the house of Judah, which they have done against themselves to provoke me to anger in offering incense unto Baal. Verses 18 - 23 Jeremiah’s Life Threatened 18 And the Lord hath given me knowledge of it, and I know it: then thou shewedst me their doings. 19 But I was like a lamb or an ox that is brought to the slaughter; and I knew not that they had devised devices against me, saying, Let us destroy the tree with the fruit thereof, and let us cut him off from the land of the living, that his name may be no more remembered. 20 But, O Lord of hosts, that judgest righteously, that triest the reins and the heart, let me see thy vengeance on them: for unto thee have I revealed my cause. 21 Therefore thus saith the Lord of the men of Anathoth, that seek thy life, saying, Prophesy not in the name of the Lord, that thou die not by our hand: 22 Therefore thus saith the Lord of hosts, Behold, I will punish them: the young men shall die by the sword; their sons and their daughters shall die by famine: 23 And there shall be no remnant of them: for I will bring evil upon the men of Anathoth, even the year of their visitation. Chapter 12 Heart to Heart with God Verses 1 - 4 Jeremiah speaks 1 Righteous art thou, O Lord, when I plead with thee: yet let me talk with thee of thy judgments: Wherefore doth the way of the wicked prosper? wherefore are all they happy that deal very treacherously? 2 Thou hast planted them, yea, they have taken root: they grow, yea, they bring forth fruit: thou art near in their mouth, and far from their reins. 3 But thou, O Lord, knowest me: thou hast seen me, and tried mine heart toward thee: pull them out like sheep for the slaughter, and prepare them for the day of slaughter. 4 How long shall the land mourn, and the herbs of every field wither, for the wickedness of them that dwell therein? the beasts are consumed, and the birds; because they said, He shall not see our last end. Verses 5 - 6 The Lord replies with this Popular Passage 5 If thou hast run with the footmen, and they have wearied thee, then how canst thou contend with horses? and if in the land of peace, wherein thou trustedst, they wearied thee, then how wilt thou do in the swelling of Jordan? 6 For even thy brethren, and the house of thy father, even they have dealt treacherously with thee; yea, they have called a multitude after thee: believe them not, though they speak fair words unto thee. Verses 14 -17 The Vengeance of the Lord against those who use His people 14 Thus saith the Lord against all mine evil neighbours, that touch the inheritance which I have caused my people Israel to inherit; Behold, I will pluck them out of their land, and pluck out the house of Judah from among them. 15 And it shall come to pass, after that I have plucked them out I will return, and have compassion on them, and will bring them again, every man to his heritage, and every man to his land. 16 And it shall come to pass, if they will diligently learn the ways of my people, to swear by my name, The Lord liveth; as they taught my people to swear by Baal; then shall they be built in the midst of my people. 17 But if they will not obey, I will utterly pluck up and destroy that nation, saith the Lord. Chapter 13 Symbol of the Linen Sash and Wine Bottles Verses 1 - 11 Symbol of the Linen Sash 1 Thus saith the Lord unto me, Go and get thee a linen girdle, and put it upon thy loins, and put it not in water. 2 So I got a girdle according to the word of the Lord, and put it on my loins. 3 And the word of the Lord came unto me the second time, saying, 4 Take the girdle that thou hast got, which is upon thy loins, and arise, go to Euphrates, and hide it there in a hole of the rock. 5 So I went, and hid it by Euphrates, as the Lord commanded me. 6 And it came to pass after many days, that the Lord said unto me, Arise, go to Euphrates, and take the girdle from thence, which I commanded thee to hide there. 7 Then I went to Euphrates, and digged, and took the girdle from the place where I had hid it: and, behold, the girdle was marred, it was profitable for nothing. 8 Then the word of the Lord came unto me, saying, 9 Thus saith the Lord, After this manner will I mar the pride of Judah, and the great pride of Jerusalem. 10 This evil people, which refuse to hear my words, which walk in the imagination of their heart, and walk after other gods, to serve them, and to worship them, shall even be as this girdle, which is good for nothing. 11 For as the girdle cleaveth to the loins of a man, so have I caused to cleave unto me the whole house of Israel and the whole house of Judah, saith the Lord; that they might be unto me for a people, and for a name, and for a praise, and for a glory: but they would not hear. Verse 12 -14 Symbol of Wine bottles 12 Therefore thou shalt speak unto them this word; Thus saith the Lord God of Israel, Every bottle shall be filled with wine: and they shall say unto thee, Do we not certainly know that every bottle shall be filled with wine? 13 Then shalt thou say unto them, Thus saith the Lord, Behold, I will fill all the inhabitants of this land, even the kings that sit upon David's throne, and the priests, and the prophets, and all the inhabitants of Jerusalem, with drunkenness. 14 And I will dash them one against another, even the fathers and the sons together, saith the Lord: I will not pity, nor spare, nor have mercy, but destroy them. Verses 15 - 27 Pride Precedes Captivity 15 Hear ye, and give ear; be not proud: for the Lord hath spoken. 16 Give glory to the Lord your God, before he cause darkness, and before your feet stumble upon the dark mountains, and, while ye look for light, he turn it into the shadow of death, and make it gross darkness. 17 But if ye will not hear it, my soul shall weep in secret places for your pride; and mine eye shall weep sore, and run down with tears, because the Lord's flock is carried away captive. 18 Say unto the king and to the queen, Humble yourselves, sit down: for your principalities shall come down, even the crown of your glory. 19 The cities of the south shall be shut up, and none shall open them: Judah shall be carried away captive all of it, it shall be wholly carried away captive. 20 Lift up your eyes, and behold them that come from the north: where is the flock that was given thee, thy beautiful flock? 21 What wilt thou say when he shall punish thee? for thou hast taught them to be captains, and as chief over thee: shall not sorrows take thee, as a woman in travail? 22 And if thou say in thine heart, Wherefore come these things upon me? For the greatness of thine iniquity are thy skirts discovered, and thy heels made bare. 23 Can the Ethiopian change his skin, or the leopard his spots? then may ye also do good, that are accustomed to do evil. 24 Therefore will I scatter them as the stubble that passeth away by the wind of the wilderness. 25 This is thy lot, the portion of thy measures from me, saith the Lord; because thou hast forgotten me, and trusted in falsehood. 26 Therefore will I discover thy skirts upon thy face, that thy shame may appear. 27 I have seen thine adulteries, and thy neighings, the lewdness of thy whoredom, and thine abominations on the hills in the fields. Woe unto thee, O Jerusalem! wilt thou not be made clean? when shall it once be? Chapter 14 Sword, Famine and Petulance Verse 3 No Water 3 And their nobles have sent their little ones to the waters: they came to the pits, and found no water; they returned with their vessels empty; they were ashamed and confounded, and covered their heads. Verse 7 Plead of the People 7 O Lord, though our iniquities testify against us, do thou it for thy name's sake: for our backslidings are many; we have sinned against thee. Verses 13 - 14 Lying Prophets 13 Then said I, Ah, Lord God! behold, the prophets say unto them, Ye shall not see the sword, neither shall ye have famine; but I will give you assured peace in this place. 14 Then the Lord said unto me, The prophets prophesy lies in my name: I sent them not, neither have I commanded them, neither spake unto them: they prophesy unto you a false vision and divination, and a thing of nought, and the deceit of their heart. Verses 19 - 22 The People Plead for Mercy 19 Hast thou utterly rejected Judah? hath thy soul lothed Zion? why hast thou smitten us, and there is no healing for us? we looked for peace, and there is no good; and for the time of healing, and behold trouble! 20 We acknowledge, O Lord, our wickedness, and the iniquity of our fathers: for we have sinned against thee. 21 Do not abhor us, for thy name's sake, do not disgrace the throne of thy glory: remember, break not thy covenant with us. 22 Are there any among the vanities of the Gentiles that can cause rain? or can the heavens give showers? art not thou he, O Lord our God? therefore we will wait upon thee: for thou hast made all these things (emphasis mine). Chapter 15 The Lord will not Relent Verse 3 Four Types of Destruction 3 And I will appoint over them four kinds, saith the Lord: the sword to slay, and the dogs to tear, and the fowls of the heaven, and the beasts of the earth, to devour and destroy. Verses 19 - 21 The Lord Reasons with Jeremiah 19 Therefore thus saith the Lord, If thou return, then will I bring thee again, and thou shalt stand before me: and if thou take forth the precious from the vile, thou shalt be as my mouth: let them return unto thee; but return not thou unto them. 20 And I will make thee unto this people a fenced brasen wall: and they shall fight against thee, but they shall not prevail against thee: for I am with thee to save thee and to deliver thee, saith the Lord. 21 And I will deliver thee out of the hand of the wicked, and I will redeem thee out of the hand of the terrible. In verse 20 God fortified Jeremiah. Chapter 16 Jeremiah’s Lifestyle and Message Verse 14 God will Restore Israel 14 Therefore, behold, the days come, saith the Lord, that it shall no more be said, The Lord liveth, that brought up the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt; Chapter 17 Judah’s Sin and Punishment Verses 14 - 18 Jeremiah Prays for Deliverance 14 Heal me, O Lord, and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved: for thou art my praise. 15 Behold, they say unto me, Where is the word of the Lord? let it come now. 16 As for me, I have not hastened from being a pastor to follow thee: neither have I desired the woeful day; thou knowest: that which came out of my lips was right before thee. 17 Be not a terror unto me: thou art my hope in the day of evil. 18 Let them be confounded that persecute me, but let not me be confounded: let them be dismayed, but let not me be dismayed: bring upon them the day of evil, and destroy them with double destruction. Verses 19 - 27 Reverence the Sabbath 19 Thus said the Lord unto me; Go and stand in the gate of the children of the people, whereby the kings of Judah come in, and by the which they go out, and in all the gates of Jerusalem; 20 And say unto them, Hear ye the word of the Lord, ye kings of Judah, and all Judah, and all the inhabitants of Jerusalem, that enter in by these gates: 21 Thus saith the Lord; Take heed to yourselves, and bear no burden on the sabbath day, nor bring it in by the gates of Jerusalem; 22 Neither carry forth a burden out of your houses on the sabbath day, neither do ye any work, but hallow ye the sabbath day, as I commanded your fathers. 23 But they obeyed not, neither inclined their ear, but made their neck stiff, that they might not hear, nor receive instruction. 24 And it shall come to pass, if ye diligently hearken unto me, saith the Lord, to bring in no burden through the gates of this city on the sabbath day, but hallow the sabbath day, to do no work therein; 25 Then shall there enter into the gates of this city kings and princes sitting upon the throne of David, riding in chariots and on horses, they, and their princes, the men of Judah, and the inhabitants of Jerusalem: and this city shall remain for ever. 26 And they shall come from the cities of Judah, and from the places about Jerusalem, and from the land of Benjamin, and from the plain, and from the mountains, and from the south, bringing burnt offerings, and sacrifices, and meat offerings, and incense, and bringing sacrifices of praise, unto the house of the Lord. 27 But if ye will not hearken unto me to hallow the sabbath day, and not to bear a burden, even entering in at the gates of Jerusalem on the sabbath day; then will I kindle a fire in the gates thereof, and it shall devour the palaces of Jerusalem, and it shall not be quenched. Chapter 18 The Potter and the Clay Verses 12 - 17 God’s Warning Rejected 12 And they said, There is no hope: but we will walk after our own devices, and we will every one do the imagination of his evil heart. 13 Therefore thus saith the Lord; Ask ye now among the heathen, who hath heard such things: the virgin of Israel hath done a very horrible thing. 14 Will a man leave the snow of Lebanon which cometh from the rock of the field? or shall the cold flowing waters that come from another place be forsaken? 15 Because my people hath forgotten me, they have burned incense to vanity, and they have caused them to stumble in their ways from the ancient paths, to walk in paths, in a way not cast up; 16 To make their land desolate, and a perpetual hissing; every one that passeth thereby shall be astonished, and wag his head. 17 I will scatter them as with an east wind before the enemy; I will shew them the back, and not the face, in the day of their calamity. Verses 18 - 23 Jeremiah Persecuted 18 Then said they, Come and let us devise devices against Jeremiah; for the law shall not perish from the priest, nor counsel from the wise, nor the word from the prophet. Come, and let us smite him with the tongue, and let us not give heed to any of his words. 19 Give heed to me, O Lord, and hearken to the voice of them that contend with me. 20 Shall evil be recompensed for good? for they have digged a pit for my soul. Remember that I stood before thee to speak good for them, and to turn away thy wrath from them. 21 Therefore deliver up their children to the famine, and pour out their blood by the force of the sword; and let their wives be bereaved of their children, and be widows; and let their men be put to death; let their young men be slain by the sword in battle. 22 Let a cry be heard from their houses, when thou shalt bring a troop suddenly upon them: for they have digged a pit to take me, and hid snares for my feet. 23 Yet, Lord, thou knowest all their counsel against me to slay me: forgive not their iniquity, neither blot out their sin from thy sight, but let them be overthrown before thee; deal thus with them in the time of thine anger. Chapter 19 The Sign of the Broken Flask Chapter 20 The Word of God to Pashur Verse 3 Jeremiah Changed his name 3 And it came to pass on the morrow, that Pashur brought forth Jeremiah out of the stocks. Then said Jeremiah unto him, The Lord hath not called thy name Pashur, but Magormissabib. The name means fear on every side. Verses 7 - 18 Jeremiah’s Unpopular Ministry 7 O Lord, thou hast deceived me, and I was deceived; thou art stronger than I, and hast prevailed: I am in derision daily, every one mocketh me. 8 For since I spake, I cried out, I cried violence and spoil; because the word of the Lord was made a reproach unto me, and a derision, daily. 9 Then I said, I will not make mention of him, nor speak any more in his name. But his word was in mine heart as a burning fire shut up in my bones, and I was weary with forbearing, and I could not stay. 10 For I heard the defaming of many, fear on every side. Report, say they, and we will report it. All my familiars watched for my halting, saying, Peradventure he will be enticed, and we shall prevail against him, and we shall take our revenge on him. 11 But the Lord is with me as a mighty terrible one: therefore my persecutors shall stumble, and they shall not prevail: they shall be greatly ashamed; for they shall not prosper: their everlasting confusion shall never be forgotten. 12 But, O Lord of hosts, that triest the righteous, and seest the reins and the heart, let me see thy vengeance on them: for unto thee have I opened my cause. 13 Sing unto the Lord, praise ye the Lord: for he hath delivered the soul of the poor from the hand of evildoers. 14 Cursed be the day wherein I was born: let not the day wherein my mother bare me be blessed. 15 Cursed be the man who brought tidings to my father, saying, A man child is born unto thee; making him very glad. 16 And let that man be as the cities which the Lord overthrew, and repented not: and let him hear the cry in the morning, and the shouting at noontide; 17 Because he slew me not from the womb; or that my mother might have been my grave, and her womb to be always great with me. 18 Wherefore came I forth out of the womb to see labour and sorrow, that my days should be consumed with shame? Based on verse 9 Jeremiah had no option but to speak or implode. Chapter 21 Jeremiah’s Doom is Sealed Verses 11 - 14 Message to the House of David 11 And touching the house of the king of Judah, say, Hear ye the word of the Lord; 12 O house of David, thus saith the Lord; Execute judgment in the morning, and deliver him that is spoiled out of the hand of the oppressor, lest my fury go out like fire, and burn that none can quench it, because of the evil of your doings. 13 Behold, I am against thee, O inhabitant of the valley, and rock of the plain, saith the Lord; which say, Who shall come down against us? or who shall enter into our habitations? 14 But I will punish you according to the fruit of your doings, saith the Lord: and I will kindle a fire in the forest thereof, and it shall devour all things round about it. Chapter 22 Message to the Sons of Josiah (we dealt with them in the first blog) Verses 11 - 23 11 For thus saith the Lord touching Shallum the son of Josiah king of Judah, which reigned instead of Josiah his father, which went forth out of this place; He shall not return thither any more: 12 But he shall die in the place whither they have led him captive, and shall see this land no more. 13 Woe unto him that buildeth his house by unrighteousness, and his chambers by wrong; that useth his neighbour's service without wages, and giveth him not for his work; 14 That saith, I will build me a wide house and large chambers, and cutteth him out windows; and it is cieled with cedar, and painted with vermilion. 15 Shalt thou reign, because thou closest thyself in cedar? did not thy father eat and drink, and do judgment and justice, and then it was well with him? 16 He judged the cause of the poor and needy; then it was well with him: was not this to know me? saith the Lord. 17 But thine eyes and thine heart are not but for thy covetousness, and for to shed innocent blood, and for oppression, and for violence, to do it. 18 Therefore thus saith the Lord concerning Jehoiakim the son of Josiah king of Judah; They shall not lament for him, saying, Ah my brother! or, Ah sister! they shall not lament for him, saying, Ah lord! or, Ah his glory! 19 He shall be buried with the burial of an ass, drawn and cast forth beyond the gates of Jerusalem. 20 Go up to Lebanon, and cry; and lift up thy voice in Bashan, and cry from the passages: for all thy lovers are destroyed. 21 I spake unto thee in thy prosperity; but thou saidst, I will not hear. This hath been thy manner from thy youth, that thou obeyedst not my voice. 22 The wind shall eat up all thy pastors, and thy lovers shall go into captivity: surely then shalt thou be ashamed and confounded for all thy wickedness. 23 O inhabitant of Lebanon, that makest thy nest in the cedars, how gracious shalt thou be when pangs come upon thee, the pain as of a woman in travail! Verses 24 - 30 Message to Coniah 24 As I live, saith the Lord, though Coniah the son of Jehoiakim king of Judah were the signet upon my right hand, yet would I pluck thee thence; 25 And I will give thee into the hand of them that seek thy life, and into the hand of them whose face thou fearest, even into the hand of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon, and into the hand of the Chaldeans. 26 And I will cast thee out, and thy mother that bare thee, into another country, where ye were not born; and there shall ye die. 27 But to the land whereunto they desire to return, thither shall they not return. 28 Is this man Coniah a despised broken idol? is he a vessel wherein is no pleasure? wherefore are they cast out, he and his seed, and are cast into a land which they know not? 29 O earth, earth, earth, hear the word of the Lord. 30 Thus saith the Lord, Write ye this man childless, a man that shall not prosper in his days: for no man of his seed shall prosper, sitting upon the throne of David, and ruling any more in Judah. Chapter 23 The Branch of Righteousness Verses 5 - 6 Messianic Prophecy 5 Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, that I will raise unto David a righteous Branch, and a King shall reign and prosper, and shall execute judgment and justice in the earth. 6 In his days Judah shall be saved, and Israel shall dwell safely: and this is his name whereby he shall be called, The Lord Our Righteousness. Verse 14 Latter Day Prophets Strengthen the Hands of Wickedness 14 I have seen also in the prophets of Jerusalem an horrible thing: they commit adultery, and walk in lies: they strengthen also the hands of evildoers, that none doth return from his wickedness; they are all of them unto me as Sodom, and the inhabitants thereof as Gomorrah. Sounds very much like the current times to me. Chapter 24 The Sign of the Two Basket of Figs The good figs are the captives. The Bad Figs the residue of Jerusalem and Egypt. God to send the sword, the famine and pestilence among them, until they are all consumed from the land. Chapter 25 Seventy Years of Desolation Verses 10 - 11 In Daniel 9 this is the book he was reading. 10 Moreover I will take from them the voice of mirth, and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom, and the voice of the bride, the sound of the millstones, and the light of the candle. 11 And this whole land shall be a desolation, and an astonishment; and these nations shall serve the king of Babylon seventy years.
